My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room provided was not what I expected, being quite different from what was advertised and more expensive than I had initially planned for. On the bright side, the hotel's location is superb for exploring Istanbul.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The rooms are very nice and conveniently located at level 4, making it easy to access. Although there were some minor issues, overall, the rooms were always clean, bright, and comfortable. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very accommodating and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is amazing, quiet yet close to major attractions like Hagia Sophia and surrounded by good restaurants and cafes. The dining experience was good and fresh, although there were some disappointments. The facilities offered were excellent, enhancing the overall stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the newly decorated rooms that were not only very clean but also offered incredibly comfortable beds. Although the view was lacking, the quality of sleep made up for it. The front desk manager, Yasin, took a bit of convincing to address my concerns but eventually provided a discounted transfer and stored our strollers and car seats. The location was perfect for exploring the historical sites around Akbıyık Street and the Blue Mosque, and the abundance of nearby restaurants added to the convenience.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The triple room on the 6th floor offered stunning panoramic Bosphorus views and a hot tub. The rooms were clean and perfect for our needs. The elevator just opposite our door was very convenient. The staff was obliging and apologetic, even providing me with a 'real' key promptly when an issue arose. They went above and beyond, walking us to the street we needed when their shift ended. Their level of service was exceptional, and they were very friendly and informative, which was especially helpful for me as a solo traveler. The hotel's location was unbeatable, within a short walk of all major attractions like Aya Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Blue Mosque. The reception staff spoke English well. The dining experience was great, with a beautiful view of the water upon our early arrival and departure. The free breakfast provided was much appreciated and delicious. Overall, my stay was fantastic.
